Catering Policy

Placing or Changing Your Order 

  • Online, emailed or phone orders will be accepted or can be changed up to three (3) days befor your event time or until we have reached our capacity; whichever comes first. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 48 hours before your event time. 

 

After this deadline, your order may not be canceled, and you will be charged in full, and your order will be executed. 

Payment 

Payments are via credit card only, which will incur a 2% processing fee. 

Orders will be charged in full 72 hours before your event time and the system will email you a receipt. 

 

In the event your card is declined at the time of processing, you have until 48 hours before your event time to provide alternative payment in full or your order will be canceled.
